Unveiling Pastry Chef Nina Métayer as the latest Maker of our Made of Makers programme. For Jaeger-LeCoultre, she imagined an exclusive Golden Ratio pastry collection expanding the existing dialogue between horology, artisanship and art. Using only the inimitable flavours of the Vallée de Joux, her pastries personify the Maison’s values of creativity, expertise, precision and excellence and will be available to taste in our 1931 Café during the coming year.
